It’s a philosophy with deep roots: Scott Simpson Fortney is part of a multi-generational real estate family with a 90+ year history in local residential and commercial real estate development. His great grandfather and great uncles founded Simpson Brothers Construction in 1924, developing some of the first schools, apartment buildings, and shopping centers in the region.

Scott’s father, Mel Fortney, made his mark with Simpson as well, overseeing construction and property management for 44 years.

Today, that family legacy lives on in Fortney Fine Properties.
